Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Polker application (“App”) and any related services made available by Tech Servco Limited LLC, doing business as Polker (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through iOS (Apple App Store), Android (Google Play Store), or Desktop platforms.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Polker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use Polker. If you are under 18, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with the App Store, Google Play, or applicable desktop software terms.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Polker may include in-app purchases such as virtual currency (“Spades”), cosmetic items, NFT-related access, or subscription passes.
Subscriptions (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond PKR Passes) renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Payments are processed by the App Store, Google Play, or our authorized desktop payment provider.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the platform you purchased from (Apple, Google, or desktop). We do not process refunds directly for purchases made through third-party platforms.
6. NFTs and Virtual Items
NFTs and in-game virtual assets have no real-world monetary value.
NFTs are collectible items intended solely for gameplay and user engagement. Some NFTs may be deposited/withdrawn to compatible wallets if permitted.
You agree that you do not “own” the virtual items but are granted a limited license to use them within the game.
7. Community Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players.
Exploit bugs or cheat in any way.
Promote real-money gambling or illegal activity.
Use hate speech or offensive content. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, code, trademarks, graphics, and design elements in Polker are owned or licensed by us and protected under copyright law.
9. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify the game at any time. These changes may include patches, feature changes, balance adjustments, or removals.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Polker.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the game at any time for violating these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless otherwise required by local law in your jurisdiction.
